Set your rate, and charge sessions to the card a client has on file.
Set your rates
Click Billing & rates in the sidebar.
In the Your rates card, set your Session rate .
To offer pay what you can, turn on Pay what you can (sliding scale) and set your Minimum on sliding scale .
Whether you can change your own rates depends on a setting your admin controls (see Practice preferences).
Set who pays
Each client has a payer set on their page under Who pays: the client, another person, or a church. Sessions are charged to that payer's card.
Charge a session
After a session, charge it to the payer's card on file from the client's page. If a church covers the client, the charge draws from the church's balance first (see Churches).
