Organization wide rules. In Admin, the Organization preferences card.
Click Admin in the sidebar and find the Organization preferences card. Each row saves as you change it.
Counselors set their own rates. On lets counselors change their own session rates. Off means only admins can.
Session feedback. On lets clients rate a completed session 1 to 5 with an optional note. Averages show on counselor profiles and in Admin.
Default counselor split. Type the counselor's share of each paid session as a percent (for example, 80). Per counselor and per session overrides win over this default. See Payroll .
Email reminders to clients. On sends a reminder a day before and shortly before each session, in the client's timezone.
Text reminders to clients. Turn it on and pick how far ahead the text goes (15 min, 1 hour, 3 hours, or 24 hours).
Individual clients can opt out of reminders from their own portal.
