How care is organized
Everything centers on cases. A case is one counseling situation (a marriage, a family, an individual in a season). It holds the people involved, the counselors, any advocates and churches, who pays, the appointments, and case level notes and documents. One person can be part of more than one case over time. See Contacts and cases.
Finding your way around
The left sidebar is how you move through the dashboard:
Home : your greeting, this week's numbers, today's schedule, and recent invoices.
Cases and Contacts : your counseling situations and your directory of people.
Waiting list : people waiting for an opening.
Messages , Session notes , Homework : your day to day work with clients.
Schedule and Requests : booking sessions and approving self booked ones.
Billing & rates and My earnings : your rates and what you earned.
Supervision , Payroll , Admin : shown only if you have that role.
Settings : your profile, your organization, and your connections.
Roles
Counselor : sees and manages their own clients and cases.
Admin : sets up and manages the whole organization.
Supervisor : reviews the session notes counselors send them.
Clients, advocates, and partner churches each get their own limited portal.
