Your availability

Your availability

Set the hours and rules behind your public booking link. Everything here is on Schedule, then Availability.

Open your availability

Click Schedule in the sidebar, then the Availability button at the top. Work through the cards below, then click Save availability.

1. Set your timezone

In the Your timezone card, pick your timezone. Your weekly hours are read in this timezone, and clients booking see the times converted to their own.

2. Set your weekly hours

In the Weekly hours card, turn on each day you see clients and set a start and end time. To add a second block in one day (a morning and an evening around a break), add another range to that day.

3. Choose the appointment types you offer

In the Appointment types card, turn on each type you provide and pick the session lengths you offer for it. If you turn a type on but pick no length, you will be asked to choose at least one. Set Break between sessions in this card too.

4. Set your booking rules

In the Booking rules card, set Minimum notice to book, How far ahead clients can book (in days), and Max sessions per day.

5. Add date overrides (optional)

In the Date overrides card, click + Add an override. Pick one or more dates and either set different hours for them or mark them fully unavailable. Overrides replace your normal hours for those days on your booking link.

6. Connect Google Calendar (optional)

In the Google Calendar card, click Connect. Once connected, anything already on your calendar blocks off those times automatically, so you never get double booked. See  Video: Google Meet or Zoom .
When you are done, click Save availability.
