The choices counselors pick from on their public profiles. In Admin, under Profile options.
Set the lists
Click Admin in the sidebar and find the Profile options card.
Fill in each list, separating options with commas: Areas of counseling , Certifications , Services provided , Who counselors serve , Languages , and Counseling locations .
Click Save options .
Counselors can only choose from these lists on their profiles, which keeps profiles consistent across the organization and supports future find a counselor filtering.
