Click Admin in the sidebar, then + Invite counselor .
Enter their details and send the invite. They become active the first time they sign in. Each active member uses one seat on your plan.
Set a role or a split
In the Members card, set each person's role: Counselor, Admin plus counselor, or Admin only. You can also set a person's payroll split here; leave it blank to use the organization default (see Payroll).
